So here’s the thing: each year I’m planning on hosting a Soundtrack Giveaway on this blog.
And yes, I can hear you saying in the background, “A soundtrack giveaway? What on earth is that?”
My Soundtrack Giveaway is just like any other giveaway. Only, instead of getting a quilt, a movie, or a book, the winner receives the soundtrack featured in the giveaway.
To which you respond, “Okay. Makes sense. But why soundtracks? I don’t see any other bloggers giving away soundtracks.”
Me neither. But that’s exactly the point. Nobody else that I know of features a soundtrack in their giveaways. And since nobody else is doing it, I’ll do it.
Then you say, “But what if I don’t listen to soundtracks, or enjoy them?”
Well, in that case, I’d have to say – with all kindness – that it’s your loss.
So, now that we have that cleared up, I’ll move on…
To participate in the giveaway, all you have to do is leave a comment on this post, and your name will automatically be entered for drawing.
Typically, I’d pick the single best soundtrack of the year to be the giveaway prize. But this year, two soundtracks vie for that title: Hans Zimmer’s score for Inception and John Powell’s score for How To Train Your Dragon. The winner of the giveaway will have the choice of these two soundtracks, on either MP3 or CD.
The giveaway will end at 12:00 P.M. (Mountain Time) of Tuesday, December 14th. Then the winner will be announced.
