Under the Law of Grace

“To be Christians under the law of grace does not mean to wander unbridled outside the law, but to be engrafted in Christ, by whose grace we are free of the curse of the law, and by whose spirit we have the law engraved upon our hearts (Jer. 31:33).” – Calvin, Institutes (p. 421)

  1. Thanks for sharing this great quote today! I’ve been preaching through Galatians on Sunday mornings at our church, and sharing about law and grace… I like the way Calvin captures the essence of what it means to be ‘under the law of grace’. Blessings!
